laughing Buddha by pravin gadhavi

   Pravin gadhavi born in 13 may 1951, he is retired IAS officer in the government of Gujarat .He is writer and poet , a creative writer , his collections of poetry are my shadow , Bayonet(1985), Brainwash , padchhayo(1996), Tunir (2002). His short story collections are partiksha(1995), Antarvyatha(1995), surajpankhi this all are his best works. He take a Award from Gujarat Government .He write Dalit Kavita . One of his best poem which we discussing here it is laughing Buddha. 


Poem : 

 Full moon day of Buddha 's birthday 
 There was an 
  Underground atomic blast on 
  Buddha's birthday a day of 
   Full moon 
  
   Buddha laughed ! 

   What a proper time ! 
   What an suspicious day ! 
   
    Buddha laughed ! 
    
    At whom ! 

   There was a laughter on his 
   Lips and tears in his eyes 
   He was dumb that day 
  
    See, 
    Buddha laughed ! 


 

  The poem start with full moon day it is Budhha punima , it is Buddha's birthday when Dr B R Ambedkar on 14 October 1956 along with his wife and others 3,65,000 of his dalits followers made history , when they decided to leave the folds of Hinduism and embrace Buddhism . It is atomic blast when the people change their on cast . In this poem we see the connection of god with human being , god feel what one people are doing with another people , they are changing their cast because of they are not accepting by their on people . In last , there was a laughter on his lips and tears in his eyes , Buddha see world harsh realities and cry . He was a dumb that day , Buddha is in confusion that become he happy because people are joining their cast or cry because they are not well treated by their on , why all  treated him like Dalits , why  we are not see her or his ability and skills ? Why we are not see them as humans , why we are not accepting them as they are ? . I am not conclude this poem due to  all this questions . It's my point of view about this poem .

 
        I like the religion that teaches Liberty ,
         Equality and Fraternity .
                                          Dr.B.R.ambedkar.

Hello all , I am sharing a one story which gave us a one moral Lesson of life .    The story started with a man , એક ખૂબ જ શિક્ષિત વ્યક્તિ બોટમા બેસે છે . સફર દર‌‌મયાન તે નાવિક ની સામે સ્વ- સંતુષટ રીતે જોઈ અને પૂછે છે .                "શુ તે કયારેય  વ્યાકરણ ભણયુ છે "  નાવિકે જવાબ આપ્યો , " ના " ,   ગ્રેજ્યુએટ એ કહ્યું " તો પછી તારી અડધી જીંદગી બેકાર ગઈ છે ,            આ સાંભળી નાવિક ઘણો ઉદાસ થયો , પરંતુ તે કંઈ બોલ્યો નહિ . અને એકા એક  તેજ પવન ફૂંકવા લગ્યો . હવાથી બોટ ચક્કર લેવા લાગી . નાવિક એ વ્યાકરણ શાસ્ત્રીને  પૂછયું ,                                "  શુું  તને તરતા આવડે છે "     તે શિક્ષિત વ્યક્તિ એ કહ્યું " ના "   નાવિકએ પછી ટિપ્પણી કરી , ' તે કિસ્સા માં ગ્રેજ્યુએટ  ,,, તારી પૂરી ઝીંદગી નકામી ગઈ છે , કારણ કે બોટ ડુબી રહી છે .'   ...
