The narrator is a patriot and claim that he stands for peace and non violence . He question by this line , why the world is fighting fighting and why we are not following leader like Mahatma gandhi and his wisdom . The meaning of fighting it is presented stress . Then again he tolk about political situation , after he questions about peace ? . He was worried about the attitude of pakistan and china towards india . The narrator was very much disturbed by it . He said that both were not behaving properly . He also said that he feels sad to see all this , Now he started talking about brotherhood , all of us are brothers and sisters . Even though the Gujaratis , Maharashtrians , Hindiwallahs all were brothers and sisters , some have funny habits,
different people in Indian have different funny habits , they tolerate each other .At last the speaker was sure about Ram Rajya to come one day .

The poet was not believe in ceremony . Now the Listener were perhaps bored and were about to go . They not believe in ceremony , but tells him that he was always welcome .
Conclusion :
The poem is written in colloquial language , to relates to English speaking Indians . This poem has touches of the post Independence era and how Indians pick up habits of foreigners even after Independence .
